Wow! How stupid of the work crew to not cover it up again when they were done!!! I hope they felt really bad when they heard about this story! The owner's mother could have fallend down there!
What a silly thing to do, leaving a manhole open like that for a dog to fall into?!What would they think if huskies dug holes for people to fall into? (We'd never do anything like that, I swear)
