I don't recall who originally coined the term "horka." But it is the sound a dog makes before puking. Meeshka's human woman once posted an accurate descripion on Sibernet-L for someone who didn't know the term.

Umm...wouldn't a "real" Husky be trying to EAT that bat, not stand on it?
I know my Sibe brother Sam sure likes to eat wood, and so does Abby, and I think it's a bit tasty too, even though I'm not a Husky.

Wood is good! That's one of the reasons that I think this husky is not feeling good...not enough destruction!
And shouldn't the tail be up higher? I think that's what makes him look sickly...
