Yes, unfortunately, along with the beautiful spring flowers and warmer weather comes the ticks! Sorry to say, we have plenty in our neck of woods too.
Those pictures of your older housemates are really fabulous! Ari tries to line up with our cats like that, but they're considerably less willing: apparently, once a husky has put your entire head in her mouth multiple times, the allure of close proximity dissipates. Go figure.
We hate ticks. But we do love the cartoon, "The Tick," which was unfairly taken off the air about 10 years ago. It was really funny.

That's a great pic of the 3 of them at the windows. Maybe they are looking for you to come into their lives!! Mommy hates ticks. She is always on guard checking the horsies out at the barn where they board cuz they can get them there.
When you are elected you should ban the ticks to areas where there are not humes, horsies, kitties, or doggies where they can't hurt any of us!
