My Human is feeling better. But it is still hot and stupid outside.
My Human is reading John Steinbeck's Grapes of Wrath. It's taken her about 5 years, so far.
My Human found a blog she's obsessed with.
I got a paper towel tube, but Meepie took it from me.
The ants are marching 1 by 1. Hurrah. Hurrah.
I think it's stupid that the US government is eliminating analog television broadcasting.
AND I think it is stupid that the US government is giving every American human a $40 coupon to get a converter for their analog TV to be able to recieve digital signals. I can think of many things better to do with $990,000,000 the goverment has allocated to the conversion...like let the US tax paying public keep it!

We have ants too, what's up with that.
The government is stupid, please fix it when you are in charge or I'll have to assign ferrets to create new rules (as ferrets like making new rules, but we may all end up rolling around in little wheels or something)

It's even hot in Maine now, too! We think that's pretty stupid. Tell Meepie stupid weather is no excuse to steal TP tubes. It is, however, a great excuse to read about the Joads: these days, another dustbowl doesn't seem too far off!

hehe Our human has been reading The Good Earth for 20 years and still hasn't finished it. She starts it and throws it across the room from time to time.
My, you certainly have strong opinions. Grapes of Wrath is too sad. That is why it takes your mom so long to read it, she needs recovery time between chapters.

Our mommy has been feeling a little icky cuz it's been so hot-hot-hot in PGH. Her asthma was bothering her. Luckily daddy put the air conditioning on fur her. We haven't wanted to go outside much. Tubey, when you are elected we knows you wouldn't let the government throw money away!
